Half Day Seminar A Success

In October the Foundation in conjunction with the Auckland Branch of the Property Institute hosted a half day seminar.  The seminar was well attended with over 120 registered.  Topics on the day included Unit Titles, Shared Equity Ownership Models, Affordable Homes and Progress Payment Certificates.   

 We would like to thank our speakers Dominic Foote from the Housing Foundation, David Grubb from Valocity, Stephen MacKisack from Seagar and Partners and Roger Gordon from TelferYoung and current NZIV President.  We would also like to extend a special thanks to Beca for providing the venue.
